Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Plague XXI Century custom guitar. If you're not happy with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

• Custom damage or wear caused by improper use is not eligible for return.

Non-returnable Items
Because of the handcrafted and custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

• Items showing signs of use

• Items damaged after delivery

• Custom orders made to specific client specifications

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at plaguexxicentury@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions and a return address.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
