We ship all Plague XXI Century custom guitars from Brooklyn, New York.

Processing Time
Each order is carefully packed and typically shipped within 2–4 business days. For custom or made-to-order guitars, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.
Estimated delivery time within the U.S.: 2–6 business days.
International shipping times vary by destination.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
